We know that every event is different, so we’ll begin by listening to your requirements to make sure that the final presentations are fit to your technical requirements. For larger events, we regroup company-wide and plan a timeline to create any extra required event collateral and to cater for the number of speakers and the total slide count. We start by creating an overall event look and feel to ensure a cohesive design package is created including all the design deliverables you may need to sit alongside your template, be it banners, backdrops, e-invites and more.
We’ll create a PowerPoint template which includes guides and easy-to-use design assets ready for you to get all of your initial content at a good starting point. From there, each speaker will be assigned to one of our hands-on presentation specialists who will work together to add the finishing touches to their content and produce an outstanding deck they will be proud to present.
