Creative Project Manager

As Creative Project Manager, you will work across each our departments covering branding, presentations, and print – as well as supporting digital and video, to deliver a first-class service to our clients. You will take responsibility for the smooth delivery of our projects which range from one-day jobs to multiple asset deliveries over a series of months, which vary in budget and complexity.

Working closely with our creative team, you will manage the designers time, allocate resources and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and on budget. You will also be in regular contact with our clients, owning the quality of the deliverables, promptly responding to any queries, managing their expectations, and ensuring promises are kept.

Your outstanding project management skills should be matched by your energy, positivity, and the ability to think on your feet. You will be a central part of our agency and therefore a pivotal member of the team so should have a passion for creativity, always pushing for the most innovative and beautiful products.

Being in regular contact with our clients will mean you’re able to learn what a client needs and you should be able use commercial acumen to upsell and promote Article Ten’s services. All whilst providing excellent service and ensuring that clients enjoy working with us.

Essential skills and experience:
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an equivalent project management role in the creative industry.
  • A full understanding of the creative process, from brief to delivery.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to plan for all eventualities.
  • Ability to work under pressure remaining calm and collected whilst multitasking to drive projects forward.
  • Proven traffic management experience a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of working directly with large government departments and other FTSE 100 businesses would be beneficial as would a good understanding of information or cyber security.
